    In a one-on-one coaching session, I will work intimately alongside you to support you in transforming your mindset, calling on embodiment practices designed to evoke tangible goals that break down internal barriers and allow your deepest desires to come to light.

  • THE RISE TOGETHER PACKAGE Group Coaching

    What is it?

    We rise when we’re supported. Drawing on community, as a group, we will gather together to unlock collective and individual potential. Guided by the energetic support of each other, a sense of safety will allow you as individuals to open up, eliminate limiting beliefs and deepen self-love through the power of group empowerment.

    What is involved?

    We meet and together ground into our bodies, move through guided visualizations to awaken goals and dreams and hold space for each other to journey into the realms of self-love, safely and supported.

    What to expect?

    Gathering as a collective we will spend time moving through individual reflection, group reflection and thoughtful feedback, where as a coach I will guide you towards areas for further self-growth, provide clarity in goal setting and offer movement and mindset tools you can draw. Through this method, you will leave empowered as individuals and a collective to access self-love and embody the life you desire.

  • THE DIVE IN PACKAGE Surf Coaching

    What is it?

    An embodied experience diving into the element of water directly, we will explore in person how to surf.

    Taking a gentle approach, these tailored lessons are designed to account for every body and age, offering a bespoke experience to suit beginners and equip you with the confidence you need to surf.

    What is involved?

    Guided by a mindful approach to surfing, we will begin first by moving through any mindset work that may be holding you back from feeling confident in the waves (such as fear, limiting beliefs around skills or ability) and employ a range of practices and tools to shift inner thoughts towards transformative actions.

    What to expect?

    Be immersed in the essentials of surfing: from how to stand on a board, ride waves and the rules of engagement in surf culture, so you feel safe riding amidst fellow surfers and coast waves with ease.

    You will also have fun, build confidence in the ocean, learn practical mindset tools, employ physical fitness and have the opportunity to connect with nature in a mindful way that allows you to live life and the moment fully, without limits.

  • THE AWAKEN WITHIN WORKSHOPS

    What is it?

    Inspired by what your heart, body and mind is looking to awaken we will tap specifically into the energy or goal you desire, with a curated workshop that awakens the inner resource you are yearning for. With four workshops available, we will work together to awaken (or activate) that longing within to leave you in an embodied state of being that feels right.

    What is involved?

    Depending on your desire, there are four ways we can workshop together to illuminate your energy or mindset needs, see the four workshop types below.

    Unveil workshop - allows you to take off the mask, break down mental barriers that are not serving you, strengthen self-love and reveal your true nature, one of great self-worth.

    Restoration workshop - brings your body back into balance and regains homeostasis through restorative nervous system practices that allow you to slow down, restore energy and recover from burnout.

    Vibrant Movement workshop - sparks life energy through a movement-based class focused on releasing a low vibration or energy state and building up a high vibration energy state. Through embodied movement, you will transcend limiting beliefs, shift out of a low mood, burn away stagnant energy and switch on inner vitality so you can stay in high vibration state year-round.

    Make Love Not War workshop - cultivates a practice of self-love through soulful, connected movement. By partnering body and mind you will bring the two back into unison in a way that energetically supports and strengthens self-love and acceptance. By learning embodiment practices, you will be able to carry them on with you to grow and nurture self-love as often as you need.

  • THE WORKPLACE WELLNESS PACKAGE Corporate Coaching

    What is it?

    Wellness is much more than an individual goal, in workplaces we thrive when we can all access equal energy, support and sense of purpose. Through sharing values and goals, we can work side-by-side to build each other up, connect to our own sense of purpose and align beside the company's higher mission.

    What is involved?

    Working alongside each other as a group, you will learn how to lean into shared support and connect and trust in each other. Focusing on energy, we will dive into how utilizing and improving energy can lead to growth in self-love, purpose, leadership and connection to a shared mission.

    What to expect?

    With energy our greatest resource, together we will expand our awareness of energy: from how to have more physical energy, how to use it wisely and how to lean into it for nervous system support.

    Through collective effort to build sustainable energy and well-being as a group, and as individuals, you will cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself, those around you and your environment. This will lead to higher quality task outcomes and relationships in the workplace with each other: clients, leaders, co-workers and those encountering you day-to-day such as family and friends.
